Founder’s Pulse
Embracing Growth and Teamwork
As I reflect on this past year, I’m reminded of the vital role that passion and dedication play in everything we do at Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow. Building a strong, supportive team has been key to our success, and I’m proud of the various opportunities we've created for volunteers to contribute meaningfully.
I'm particularly excited about our upcoming Pitch For Ya Life event, where our 2024 cohort will showcase groundbreaking solutions. It truly takes a village to nurture these young innovators, and I am committed to rallying even more support to drive our mission forward.
One standout example from this year is Surya, our non-profit management intern, who has been instrumental in operationalizing our marketing and overall structure. His contributions, drawn from his MBA experience, have had a lasting impact on our organization. As Surya returns to school, we honor his service and the legacy he leaves behind.
Looking ahead, I plan to be more transparent about our needs and seek out the support we require—even if it means confronting my own fear of hearing "no." Operational excellence has been a focus for us, leading to a restructured organization and improved onboarding processes that empower our volunteers to achieve great results.
Together, we are building something extraordinary, and I’m excited for what’s to come.
